Stress can come from many factors including life issues and everyday occurrences like having children, a job loss, changes in work hours, changing relationships and so on and I have found some ways to rid myself of stress. With this article, I wanted to discuss 6 key strategies for getting rid of stress. The best way to start clearing your mind and get rid of anxiety is to change your environment first then working on yourself. Here are my tips to free yourself from stressful life.
Change Your Environment
A stressful scenario may occur in any situation, it doesn’t matter if you work in an office or home if it feels uncomfortable or dangerous, changing your surroundings makes me feel calmer and more relaxed. That's why changing the ambiance around you helps to relieve stress, change your atmosphere could be simple taking up less space in your house and getting out of your car. If you're facing some difficulties at school you could have a better understanding of what it's like with your peers and how they cope, by altering the surrounding you can help you with managing them, you are able to build new memories and become more aware of what's happening around you. Being surrounded by different kinds of people could also help to release stress.
Meditation and/or yoga can also be helpful to deal with stressful situations. You don't need to believe anything you read, but maybe consider looking into some online courses about positive psychology too. There are numerous resources from YouTube to books to learn the most effective techniques to manage stress. Meditation gives you the ability to think clearly and focus all your energy on something else but meditation isn't only helpful for stress management it can also help you relax in other areas of your life too so try being mindful as well as meditating and know exactly where your mind goes like when you're in the shower to relax. Some examples of the mindfulness activities that would help with stress include Yoga, Tai Chi, Mindfulness and Guided Imagery. As we progress along our daily lives it's important to understand that no strategy will always take time and practice but implementing things that make us happier is the best thing you can do right now and helps with anxiety too. Just remember that a lot can be achieved in a small amount of time and try to stay positive and happy whilst trying not to dwell on anything negative.

Workout
When someone feels stressed they may want to work out to clear their minds and gain control over their emotions. It sounds easy and straightforward but working out is actually quite tricky, it can cause stress and fatigue so it's important to keep your body fit and healthy. By eating healthier foods and doing exercises regularly you're able to release toxins and stress that make you feel worse. For example weight training might help in giving you extra energy so it's important to try and incorporate different exercises during the week in order to improve your overall fitness. Many studies suggest physical activity is one of the best ways to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Doing exercise can also help alleviate stress with social situations, simply making friends with others will help combat your fears and anxiousness, you'll find it easier to let go of the constant worry that you might let someone down when you don't get their feelings through the right channels. We all have the tendency to be judgmental towards another person's experience, it's much easier to judge someone else and help them out when they need it because you didn't face them and can relate to their struggles. Even just by helping out someone who has given you trouble it can completely relieve your own experience or even feel better about what you did instead. A lot of this is just a psychological action when someone is stressed, but physical actions also do a good job, getting someone to talk with you or exercise could be comforting and help in reducing the pain especially if it's hard for them to talk.
More Useful Tips to relief from stress

You need to be aware of your emotions and make sure everything you are experiencing is genuine when dealing with stress for example you wouldn't cry when someone gives you a kiss. When you're stressed because of something you think about what you want to do, and it's likely that it won't happen and it can make you panic. This is when people can feel extremely confused and scared which can result in a lot of anxiety and panic so don't underestimate the power of thinking positively.
